This past Saturday Gabby and I attended an event hosted by Divalysscious Moms at the Uniqlo store on 53 and 5th avenue. Gabby got to build a bear and I got to check out the collection, or rather what was left of it.  I saw some really cute stuff, I can’t wait til they get more stuff in stock. Gabby and I then got to take some cool portraits. Check out the pics below!

MIRROR MIRROR movie FREE TICKETS!

One of the most beloved stories of all time is coming to life in the motion picture event, Mirror Mirror.  A fresh and funny retelling of the Snow White legend, Mirror Mirror features breakout star Lily Collins (The Blind Side) as Snow White, a princess in exile, and Oscar®-winner Julia Roberts as the evil Queen who ruthlessly rules her captured kingdom. Seven courageous rebel dwarfs join forces with Snow White as she fights to reclaim her birthright and win her Prince in this magical adventure comedy filled with jealousy, romance and betrayal that will capture the hearts and imaginations of audiences the world over.  The film also stars Armie Hammer (The Social Network) as the Prince and Nathan Lane (The Birdcage) as the hapless and bungling servant to the Queen.

I am beyond excited for this movie to come out. Mirror Mirror is a new rendition of the Classic Snow White tale. Who doesn’t love Snow White? (well, maybe the Evil Queen…lol  ) I can’t wait for this movie to hit theatres…however………………….

Scootin’ through the slope

Gabby recently received a scooter for her birthday. We then headed to TARGET and she chose her own helmet. Perfect choice since she is indeed my little princess. Here are some recent pics I took of the Gabster while she scooted around the slope. (Park Slope baby! )  lol

Nicole Polizzi  better known to the world as “Snooki” from the infamous JERSEY SHORE confirmed exclusively to Us Weekly that she is 15 weeks pregnant. Snooki and her fiance Jionni LaValle are thrilled.

Snooki looks lovely on the new cover of US WEEKLY that will hit stands on Friday.  She doesn’t need the ton’s of makeup she normally wears!  Congrats to the happy couple!

The Amazing Max And the Box Of Interesting Things

I recently took Gabby to see The Amazing Max And The Box Of Interesting Things at the Manhattan Movement & Arts Center theatre. We BOTH had an AMAZING time! Max Darwin is an awesome magician who will certainly entertain your entire family!

What I loved most about the show was the audience participation.I love how he chooses participants of all ages to come help him out on stage. His magic tricks were unbelievable! One of my favorites had to be when he made a woman’s ring disappear and re-appear  in an unexpected location. The telepathic piglet was pretty cool as well. Max was fun and funny at the same time!

We got to head backstage after the show to meet Max. He was very friendly and funny. So if you are looking for a show that the entire family will enjoy, then head on over to the MMAC to see The Amazing Max! He truly lives up to his name,AMAZING!

Happy 4th Birthday Gabriella!

Yesterday my little lady turned 4! Time just seems to be going by so fast! We had a Backyardigan’s Pirate themed party.

Gabby had an awesome party! It was so great to see all my friends and the kiddos. The kids had a blast running around and playing the whole time! Sometimes I miss being a kid!!! ((sometimes ..lol ))

The birthday girl was a bit cranky towards the end but had a great time overall! =)    I still remember when she turned 1…I can’t believe she’s 4 now. =(   Before I know it she’ll be a teenager! lol

Happy Birthday Gabby! I love you!!!!!!!!!

Housing Works

Housing Works is one of my favorite thrift shops in the city. Especially the one in Park Slope,Brooklyn. I always find great items in the store for amazing prices. What I love most about Housing Works is that it is a non-profit organization fighting  AIDS and homelessness.  Asides from the thrift shops, they also have a book store and cafe in SoHo,NYC along with a few other enterprises.

I stopped by Housing Works today while strolling through the neighborhood with Gabby. Within five minutes Gabby got lucky and found a few awesome items for herself. For $10 we got a little tea set that comes in an adorable wicker case, a chutes and ladders game and last but not least a trunk filled with dress up clothes from The Wizard of Oz!

Check out the goodies we found:
