I did pretty much the same thing with mine, too, though I used 3 TBSP of the sofrito verde (based on their recipe for grilled chicken, and I used 3 breasts), and when I marinated the chicken I added a little olive oil and juice from about half a lemon to kick up that flavor a bit (I can never have too much lemon). I only marinated it for 2 hours and it still was delicious, so in case you find yourself short on time… I like to cook, but I don’t do it often b/c of all the prep, but this was so easy and delicious, I want it every night. I need to get my hands on some sofrito con spices!

My mother passed away last August. She loved hummingbirds. We made her photo poster with all of her little hummingbirds that she collected for crafts. I would really love to give this necklace to my oldest sister who has had her share of our blessing, and is haviving a birthday June 3. Thank you very much!!!!!
