Avenue Q

A few days ago I was invited to see Avenue Q on Broadway! The show was hilarious! Who knew a puppet show for adults could be so funny!!My friend Isi accompanied me. We were both laughing the entire time! The musical is about a group of 20-somethings who move to NYC,well acutally-Avenue Q, with “big dreams and tiny bank accounts.”

I love how the show brought up some real life issues going on such as graduating college and not being able to find a job and race. Of course romance was covered as well. Puppets need a little lovin’ too! The characters from the show reminded me of some people I know. The music was pretty funny. Some of my favorites were probably “If you were gay” and “Everyone’s a little bit Racist “ . You have to watch the show to really understand what I am talking about! lol

Avenue Q is seriously a must see! It’s the type of show you can go with friends or your significant other. You are bound to have a great time! It’s one of the best shows I’ve seen in a long time.
